Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times
Once processed, orders are delivered within 4–8 business days, depending on your location. Please note that total delivery time is the sum of processing time and shipping time.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package from dispatch to delivery.

Delays
Occasionally, delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods. While these delays are rare, we appreciate your patience should they occur.

Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@cushyair.com and we'll do our best to help before your order ships.
